P1157 P0134 DTCs on K-swap

Hi Guys
Hope you are doing well. I have a Honda Fit GE8 originally a l15a7, swapped with a K20z4 engine and transmission, running the stock FN2 ecu on Hondata Flashpro.
Mods:
4-2-1 headers
2.5" exhaust
K&N panel filter in stock FN2 airbox
Have replaced the following / checked the following:
- new OEM A/F sensor 1 (only running a primary).
- changed spark plugs
- cleaned MAF sensor
- checked wiring / did continuity test from ecu to A/F sensor and all checked fine
- replaced fuses (IGP, LAF, Fuel Pump fuses)
- checked for air / vacuum leaks
- checked for exhaust leaks
It is worth nothing that these codes pop up from time-to-time and are not permanent. Recently it's been mostly P1157 on its own. It will at times pend and then set after another few cycles.
Are there any other things / steps I am missing, or has anyone else experienced this / similar issue(s)?
