Help with base map for Accord Euro CU2 (K24Z3) with manifold, CAI, exhaust, exhaust

Hi all
I have an Accord Euro (CU2 model) with the K24Z3 engine, manual transmission
It has the following engine modifcations:
RSP intake manifold (similar to RBC but from a Euro Civic Type R)
K&N Typhoon intake
RV6 PCD exhaust + high flow cat
The car has been running the FlashPro basemap for this car with a few small tweaks initially I was just running the intake, in this state I had no issues for several months
Since I fitted manifold the car has a drivability problem where there is intermittently severe hesitation on light throttle presses. This is cleared by pushing the throttle all the way down - then the car suddenly lurches forward and then starts to drive normally again
I have checked for all the usual mechanical problems e.g. vacuum leaks and cleaned out the throttle body, MAP and MAF sensors. I've also done a TB calibration/test in Honda HDS software with no problems found, so I believe this is just a tuning issue. No EML is triggered, and I couldnt see any stored codes in HDS.
My plan has always been to get the car mapped professionally on a dyno but my tuner is not available for a few weeks, so i'm wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to get the car driving reasonably just so I can get about at normal speeds while I wait for the proper tune
Please see attached tune and datalog - the hestiation problem happened quite badly at around 7:30 into the datalog when the RPM spikes up as I try to accelerate away by mashing the throttle
Thanks in advance for any help, its greatly appreciated
