Hondata

Well I bought a Hondata flashpro for my 2014 Civic SI with the ECU part number 37820-RX0-X11 since the hondata page says it's fitable. I was able to lock it to My car, but when i try to start it, it doesnt strt. Me and another friend have the same problem and the same ECU number. Is there a way to solve this?
