How to download my program to my laptop

Hey peeps, i have just had to replace the hard drive in my laptop, which basically means that the backup copy of my map which i had spent so much time nurturing is now locked into my ecu, problem is, i dont have a clue what the values are now.

Any of you chaps know how to download the map from my ecu so i can fiddle again?

In KManager use Online -> Tools -> Download and then save the calibration.
