kpro v4 upload failed

I have a problem for several days I have tried everything the first time it worked wonderfully the map loaded perfectly and then kmaneger updated from there I can't load any of the maps I have tried to delete the security and nothing I have looked at the harness and the ground and everything is perfect I deleted the kmaneger and the usb drivers and reinstalled them and nothing, I changed the spark plug and nothing when I try to load the map the pump primes and then says that the load failed I have a k-pro v4 the serial number is 65746 I need help please

This K-Pro was sold as an install kit to Full Throttle Parts and Performance. The problem may have to do with the installation, and they will need to take a look at it.

This has happened to me before, and it was because my computer was not connected to the internet. This issue was fixed with the latest update so I would say make sure you have that.
