Water/meth tuning HELP

I need some advice on tuning for water/meth injection.
My tuner has been at it for a few weeks now and hasn't been able to find a solution on the fueling.
We keep getting misfires at WOT.
Spark plugs are good and gapped to 0.019".
We used a 500cc nozzle without problems, then started getting misfires at WOT after moving up to a 1000cc nozzle. Nozzle placement is about 4"~5" from the throttle body.
