when I start the car for the first time at normal temperature if I accelerate fully from low rpm the vtec works fine and the next time it stops working and sputters if I remove the key and put it back in it works again but if not the car pitches a lot and It won't let me go over 4000 rpm making explosions

Its only at vtec engage

The car k24a3 with oil pump k20a2

yes, that's true but the car sputters if you look at the tps it's at 100% but the car doesn't go up in rpm at the moment and it knocks

Check your grounds and it could be grounding through the VTEC solenoid and that will cause it to rev limit when VTEC engages.

You should try the ECU in a known working vehicle and see if it operates normally with your ECU. Use the calibration for the vehicle you are testing in.
