Odometer way off despite speed being corrected

Post by maxbutton »

Hello!

My Odometer seems to be way off after tuning and speed correction.

On Odometer = 15km
On GPS = 23km

so the ratio is 1:1.53

Base on my previous full tank of petrol it was 220km. so 220km x 1.53 = 336km. (this is what i should be getting)

i have attached 2 photo for reference.

Additional information

Despite adjusting the value for countershalf teeth, 5,10,15,20,25.

The speedometer’s reading is still off by 46% which also means doesnt matter wat value i key into the countershaft teeth, the percentage of correction remains the same.

yes it is reading correctly spunkster. as mentioned on the title thread. the speedo percentage correction has been done . but the odometer doesnt reflect it . even though the speed on the ecu has also been altered to match. in fact whatever you set in the speed (ecu) correctly, the correction is redundant. as the odometer will still be based on the gearbox regardless of the ratios. And i hope it is on the JDM fd2 calibration from hondata which is meant for the car
