S300 offline

I cannot get my ecu and S300 software to talk. Device manager shows S300 when plugged in. There is a driver message but it says it is updated when i look for new ones.

What windows is this? Is it windows on arm?

Is the ignition in the on position with the ECU plugged into the vehicle?

I don't have a normal set up but yes. What's the best way to confirm this? 12v at A25? Fuel pump comes on when in the "switched" positions so I have to assume the ECU is on.

Looks like my older laptop running an older version will connect. Correct?

Actually my old laptop with the lestest software also works. Upload, download etc.

It's the shared FTDI USB driver. Go to device manager, uninstall the driver, then reinstall from the SManager folder.

I uninstalled and reinstalled s manager and it fixed the problem
