Oil pressure and temperature sensor

is it possible to wire a oil pressure and oil temperature sensor to our stock ECU?

my dashboard area looks like an airplane cockpit now with all other gauges.

i was thinking to put 1 Ipad with hondata app to replace all other gauges.
