having problem with adjusting the h22a cam gears.....:?

hi guys.....I have a ported polished head on my jdm h22a civic, with also big throttle, ported intake, headers, exhaust, bigger injectors(370cc),msd. lately I installed AEM cam gears but i am having a problem in adjusting it...... I need some help about the best adjustment for it............

whats the problem?
you cant adjust them without a dyno.
you just add and subtract timing starting with the exhaust cam (i find that the best way) until you find increases in torque and horsepower.
