Hello,
Are these two functions mutually exclusive for the tune to work properly? Why does there need to be lambda overlay settings when there are target lambda tables?
Lambda Overlay vs Target Lambda Tables
Re: Lambda Overlay vs Target Lambda Tables
These can be used for tuning, but are not part of how the ECU runs. They are for datalogging only.

Re: Lambda Overlay vs Target Lambda Tables
I think I got it. So good practice should be to match the overlay settings to the lambda values in the target lambda table?
If the target lambda tables are not enable and only lambda overlay, wouldn't closed loop still refer to the lambda setting to adjust for fuel?
If both Target lambda tables and lambda overlay settings are used would this create problems with the logic related to fuel compensation, is that what the "dont apply lambda overlay in closed loop" check box for?
