Replaced body control module help return to stock ecu

Post by Itslogics »

I just had the body control module replaced, and Honda needs to reprogram the key, however they said they need to the ECU to return to stock for them to do it. Due to the immobilizer connected to the BCM, I can not get the ignition completely on. How can I reflash it back to stock so I can get the key reprogrammed? When they plug in HDS they can get to where the dash displays and everything working.

Without pressing in the clutch, push the start button twice and it should be on but not running and then from the online menu in the software, return to stock.

They can only force ignition on but Hondata does not see that the ignition is on, so it will only flash to the flash pro and not the vehicle.

The immobilizer will not let it go into ignition on, so I can not manually turn the ignition on.
