Kswap high idle after quick throttle blip

Hello. Just finishing up a kswap on my 2005 EM2. When it is started it idles fine. all sensors read fine. but a quick blip of the throttle and the idle jumps to 1500rpm and stays there. ignition timing stays up at 35-40 degrees and i noticed the MAP reads different too. I checked for vacuum leaks but none found. Attached a data log of what happens when I tap the gas. Just cycling the key the problem goes away until i tap the gas again which is weird
