drivers updated but saying drivers not installed

It's been a while since I used SManager but I tried to connect to my s300 v3 with bluetooth which works fine but the "driver not installed" won't go away. I had the s300 plugged in before downloading the SManager software so I tried manually downloading it, but it just tells me it already has the newest driver. Just wondering how to get the driver working.

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
