Turbo K24a1 Troubleshooting Issue(Part Throttle Subbie Stutter)

Good evening Hondata forum,
I've been having some issues driving my 05 Civic SI with a turboed K24a1. The car is tuned but had minor knock issues in the past under part throttle. I moved from North Carolina to Las Vegas and then the car gradually started acting up. It's miserable to drive around normally but under full throttle it doesn't seem to have any symptoms. I have attached datalogs if someone could see any issues to guide me on what the issues could be. The car stutters under part throttle, it sounds like a subbie until I increase the throttle.
What I've tried to solve issue:
I replaced sparks - no change
Was about to replace Vtec solenoid but didn't due to full throttle pull working with no issues.
Tried 100 octane fuel to see if it was because my car was tuned on 93 octane but West coast has 91 normally - no change (Car is supposed to have a conservative tune to cope with this)
Seafoamed oil, fuel and brake booster - No change
Please advise on what I should look into to solve this issue.
