can’t update tune

i cannot seem to change any of the settings in kmanager because i can’t load the tune onto the program, i don’t know where i can find the tune as im not the one who tuned the car and i cannot get in contact with them. I just want to be able to update the tune on my car but it’s not letting me. where would i be able to find the calibration that’s loaded on the car?

Connect laptop to ecu with supplied data cable, turn ignition on.

Under online top left corner click download.

Save it to your pc before editing so you have it to go back to.

You need a USB cable.

yes, i use a usb cable. i connect find to the software but i can’t edit anything and it doesn’t let me download the tune. i’m not sure if im doing something wrong but everything is grey’d out.

IF you cannot download, then you must open a calibration to be able to edit anything. Click the New Calibration button and select the calibration you want to open then you can edit it.

i couldn’t seem to find a new calibration that would work, the rsx is turbo and from what i saw on the new calibrations page is what seems to be base maps? but i guess i didn’t really look at all of them i’ll check again to see if the tune is there.
