HondaS660 ECU Nolonger able to be flashed, FP locked to Ecu.Unable to unlock.

Issues with hondata FlashPro and HondaS660
Im continuing to have issues with my Flashpro not being able to flash the ECU after the first successful flash
I have previously sent the ecu and FP in for RMA trying to resolve the issue please see information on invoice bellow:

RESOLUTION: ECU not fully returned to stock. Needs to be fully returned to stock with previous tuning solution before using with FP

However, the Ecu was returned to stock Using The HKS flash editor previously, then successfully flashed using the FP, however only once. Now uploads stall part way into flashing and wont progress any further.
I can confirm the fuel maps are different as the HKS tune previously used was running lean, now the car is running rich.
I can purchase a brand new ECU if there is an issue with the current, would you be able to assist in the un-pairing of the flashpro or would there be some other way to fix the issue,Cheers,Tanner.

I get the error "you cannot upload a 'Unknown' calibration to a 's660 2015-2020 CVT Japan' Flashpro.

asking around of Facebook it appears this is happening to many people who try using the FlashPro after they have used the HKS flash editor
( its the most popular turbo kit for the car and HKS tuners outside of japan are rare.)

The problem is that the HKS tuner is not returning the ECU to stock - the boot section is still modified, and subsequenct reflashs will fail because the unlock codes are incorrect. That is what needs to be fixed.

ok, knowing that, in newzealand our dealers are not able to re flash ecu's. i will purchase a new ecu, are you able to assist me in unlocking the flashpro from this ECU. Thanks Tanner

The FlashPro will have to be sent to Hondata to be unlocked.
