Any time I try to log-in to the vault I get the attached error. It happens when I click "Login". It does the same thing if I try to search the vault, clicking "search". Using 4.5.8

I have let our software engineers know about this.

Just a quick update, I'm getting the same error message during other interactions. Here, I was just closing a datalog graph (within the graph window) after having a few open. Result is a force-close when I get the error.

Following up here... I did a fresh install of the latest 4.5.9 software and the issue seems to be fixed. I can also successfully access the vault now.
