have lots of trouble starting the car in the morning or anytime the car sits for more than a couple of hours. I've converted from obdII to obdI and I"ve heard that changing to a throttle body that has a cold start valve will fix the problem. First of what is the problem? That's why I'm having such a hard time. I don't know where to start to look. I know that if I try to start the car once or twice and it doesn't start that the spark plugs are saturated with fuel. Can't tell if cold start is to rich or it's just unburned gas that had't gotten the opppurtunity to burn because the car won't start. Is this a known problem? If so help!

Probably too much fuel. Reduce the amount of cranking fuel in RomEditor until the engine will just start when warm, then add about 25% more fuel. This should be about right when the engine is cold.
