Since the mini cooper 02-06 is a very popular platform for k swaps can Hondata add a can bus protocol within K-manager as an output? I have just wired up the can hi and can lo and tried to cycle through all the given options on K-manager but the rpm won't wake up. The only result I got was when I picked the aim MXL and Lotus 2008 the mini cooper cluster went dark. The other options dont do anything.

Just saying it would be awesome if hondata added the mini cooper protocols, at least for RPM.

or maybe can their be a way to upload our own CAN bus library?

I would like to know if Hondata will ever have the opportunity to have a feature request from a Kpro owner. I'm looking for a can bus feature that will allow the user to upload our own can bus protocols and library. What are your future improvement plan for the kpro?. I believe this feature would be a game changer for people who use your product on mini cooper swaps.

It would be quicker and cheaper for Mini owners to find or make a programmable CAN bridge which can do the translation.

You do have a point but K manager already has a few choices. Why not implement some more protocols like the Haltech does or the Link ECU. Hondata has a huge advantage over those ecu's you guys just don't see it.

the mini cooper uses the same can bus as an e46. Its Baud Rate is 500K. Please let me be your tester for this feature request.
