On CTR FL5, in flashpro we couldn't disabled P0139. I have a check engine with this, either all Bank1S2 are all disabled, and Secondary 02 is disabled

On the FK2/FK8/FL5/DE5 every single DTC that can be disable is included in the list. If it's not there, then some of the time the logic for the DTC is integral to the operation of the sensor and can't be disabled. If you'd like us to investigate further, follow the posting guidelines.

I search for guidelines, and didn't find.

Did this get resolved? I have the same issue with code P0139 coming up intermiten I installed my boltons after the tune. When I clear it, it works just fine for a long drive and only seems to come back after a day or two in the morning.

People need to understand that if there is an error it indicates a problem that needs to be fixed. Not just something that can be erased by clicking a button. There's a few exceptions, but errors should be diagnosed according to the service manual and fixed.

I agree for the most part however in my case the tune without my exhaust did not cause the Code but as soon as I added the exhaust the Code popped up that tells me the error comes from the O2 Sensor even with the defouler is not reading correctly so your options to disable the O2 sensor does not work properly.

Adding to this your reply seems to not take under consideration that when people use your product to tune their cars they are not stock and boltons are added. It seems that some of your tunes account for some of these but when choosing the 93 Octane tune the Mod Section does not show options to select DP, Intake, etc... Causing some of these issues to popup.

All this was much easier on the S100 and S300 units I used to tune back in the day.

You're missing the point. The ECU needs a correctly functioning o2 sensor to run. If the o2 sensor is not working, then disabling the error does not make the o2 sensor work again. Sometimes the logic of the sensor is so critical to the operation of the vehicle even the error cannot be disabled.

Well I waited a few days before responding so that I had all the data I needed. Your response implied that there was a bad O2 sensor because the ECU needed a working O2 sensor which I agree however I knew my O2 Sensor was in perfect working order and that my problem was the exhaust added which had a 100 cell Catalytic Converter which even with the O2 defauler the readings where not good enough for the ECU regardless of the tune with the FlashPro. My answer to this and the fix is mounting a much better exhaust with a 400 cell. Now there is no code and did not even touch the tune!
