hello all, i'm looking into putting a plm v2 header and hr 3.5" cai. i was wondering if anyone has a tune or can suggest a tune until i can reach a dyno. stock otherwise except a full race 3" catback

Welcome to the forum,

Select the Hondata calibration closes to your mods. Dial in the fuel and timing to make sure its running safe. Do not drive the care hard until you get it properly tuned. If you post the calibration and a datalog I can look it over.
