FP Manager "Not Responding"

Recently got a flash pro for my 10th gen civic. I am using FP Manager on my mac, using parallels to run windows. Downloading FP manager and the USB drivers goes smoothly, but once i connect the FP to my laptop i get a prompt to "upgrade firmware." FP manager immediately crashes and I can't figure out why. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Try using a computer that runs Windows natively and see if that works.

I can try that. I take it theres no way to run it on mac?

If that is the issue there is nothing we can do for it.
