FlashPro Manager adjusting all tables? Bug? (v 4.2.6)

Howdy all,
I am struggling with something that might be a bug, or might be user error. When I go to adjust any value in the fuel or timing tables, any of the keyboard shortcuts to adjust values (CTRL+I/CTRL+D) or the right-click "adjust value" dialog adjust that MAP/RPM value across all cam angles for that low/high cam setting.
For example: if I go to the low fuel table, cam angle 0, and select the top-left cell, then press CTRL+I, all of the values in cam angles 15,30,40,and 45 are also adjusted by the same interval. It has been ~6 months since I did any tuning, but I thought I remember the shortcut or adjustment windows only affecting the cam angle I have selected, not all the cam angles.
I have tried the options "Tables follow VTEC" and "Tables follow cam angle", both on and off, but they do not seem to have an effect.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated! This is happening in 4.2.6, but was also happening in 4.2.3.
