Random fuel cut

I had an issue last week where the throttle would spike and jerk randomly. Did a data log and it was the saw Throttle position sensor wasn’t reading correctly. I replaced it and it was working fine for a week. The issue now seems like there’s a fuel cut at around 3500 rpm. Re-uploaded the stock calibration and it’s still acting the same. 2003 Civic Si K20a3 I/H/E kpro v3 with stock calibration.

Here is the data log. My morning drive didn't have any issues but my afternoon one did.

Have you tried disabling the lean protection?

That seems to have worked but didn’t get to open it up that much due to traffic.
