Sometimes CAM does not execute according to the table

Post by nanbs »

Hello, I have encountered some problems. I hope you can help me. Thank you. Some times the CAM does not perform according to the form, the CAM will be at 60° until the end of WOT, if the CAM drops midway through WOT, my MAP pressure will drop, I don't know how to fix this problem. The vehicle is in original factory condition. And there is also a question about the AF learning value. The maximum and minimum AF learning value of my ECU version are opposite to those of other vehicles. If I fill them in according to other ECU models, S.TRIM will record a lot of -25%.

Where in the datalog are you seeing this issue?

Log starts wot at 6:53 seconds, cam gradually climbs to 59° and begins to fall between 6:55 seconds and 56 seconds. At the same time, MAP also drops from 19psi to 14.3psi, and then gradually recovers. The same situation occurs from 4:25 seconds to 4:27 seconds. According to the introduction of VTC, shouldn't CAM execute the CAM Angle WOT table at WOT? Why was this log not executed in the first place? I see that some of my other logs can sometimes be executed at the moment of WOT. As long as they are executed correctly, there will be no pressure loss on MAP.

This is another log I recorded. The CAM Angle immediately decreases during WOT. 15 seconds is what I think is normal. It was not executed from 45 seconds to 55 seconds, and continued until the end of WOT.

This is another question about the AF learning value, and it has nothing to do with not executing the CAM Angle WOT form during WOT. I am using the XY chart to calibrate the AFM. I want to know the AF learning value of the program that comes with my vehicle FALSH PRO. The default AF learning value is mini: +37, max: -28. It is different from other models. Is this a BUG or normal? If I put If the AF learning value is changed to the same mini: -25 and max: +37 as other models of ECU, a lot of -25% will be recorded. This greatly affects my calibration of the AFM. I want to know how to set it correctly.

Try raising the torque limit to max.

Some areas were not actually at WOT as the throttle was not fully depressed.
