Question about CARB Flashpro form factor and basemaps

I'm new to this, been reading everything I can for a couple weeks, trying to decide on if CARB Flashpro is right for me, and have a couple questions about the Flashpro product:

1.) Are the CARB basemaps identical to the non-CARB basemaps in every way? I.e., if unmodified, they would give the same performance in same vehicle?

2.) Is the CARB Flashpro for 10th Gen accord available in the 'mini' form factor? I see it pictured that way at various dealer sites but not on Hondata site so wanted to clarify.
