Hondata mini Flashpro

So I’m trying to lock the flashpro to my car but it shows me this. I’m not sure if the car was tuned on a ktuner as well. I need help. Please and thank you!

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
