S300 v2 - Datalogging memory test: failed + Flash Memory: 0MB

Hello,

I have recently purchased an S300 v2 installed in a p28 ECU. I have installed the unit into my vehicle and downloaded the relevant sManager and drivers.

As can be seen in the photos when looking at my device it is returning the ‘Datalogging Memory Test: Failed/ Flash Memory: 0MB.

I have tried to reinstall the software and drives, update the drivers in the devices menu. Tried using different laptops and nothing is resolving the problem.

I have sent an email to Support@Hondata.com as the other threads suggest but I am curious if anyone else has experience this issue and might have a work around??

It looks like this s300 is damaged and the only option you will have is to upgrade to the version 3. Details on upgrading from a dead unit can be found at: https://hondata.com/downloads/s300v3_upgrade_form.pdf
