Kpro v4 kmanager communication problems Usb and Bluetooth

As the title says I'm having problems with communication from kmanager to kpro, had a kswap eg with kpro until 5 years ago but changed the to an
Euro Ep3 and as I had no problems before bought again a kpro. Did not had any problem until 3 years ago when started to randomly disconnect when trying to go live using the usb connection. It will stay online to datalog and update cal sometimes after 20-30 min of software crashing and trying to connect. As the car is driven 500-1000 km per year, kmanager updates were done frequently, searched everything to be as requested by Hondata ( plugs, grounds, changed the usb cables, used extra ferrite on usb cable, change laptops, all that I could find as suggestions) without success, kmanager will disconnect, crash ore stay 5 sec connected.After some time started datalogging the car using Bluetooth but with the latest update 4.5.8, Bluetooth is not recognized in kmanager, laptop is pared, phone is seeing kpro Bluetooth etc. Installed 4.5.6 back and Bluetooth is now showing in software as before.
I can't use the ecu in different car as I'm the only one in my region with k powered Honda.
As I stated above. same laptop that I used with the eg and had no problems, in the ep3 had no problems also until I updated to I remember 4.4.4 version. Any idea if downgrading to older firmware will fix or have problems ?
All I searched, I can not find an older version then 4.4.4, advice needed to solve this issue.

Setup: stock k20a2 turbocharged
