Flashpro locked to incorrect VIN

I purchased a Flashpro off facebook of course, When i plugged the hondata into my car and opened hondata app, on the bottom of the screen i had the usual check marks ECU had not been jailbroken so i purchased the jailbreak used the copy tool to purchase/registered an account through hondata on the website and through the program. once i flashed the jailbreak successfully and when i tried to install the new calibration i got a notification that says this is not the vehicle the Flashpro was locked to. Also When I try to (Revert to Stock) just get the error (this is not the vehicle the Flashpro was locked to).
In the Flashpro Settings under
License it shows Registered: yes // Locked to Vin (other owners)
under ECU is shows my VIN and Jailbreak: Yes
I was under the impression if the Flashpro was locked to another ECU, you could not jailbreak your ECU
Now i have a Jailbroken ECU but cannot flash a tune?
If i return to seller can i still purchase another flashpro and flash a tune or return to stock or would i need to send to Hondata?
