basemaps won't start

Hi everyone so I am having issue with my car/ecu/flashpro my car won't start on other basemap beside the return to stock option, whenever I'm on stock map it start without issue but everytime I upload other map my car won't start I tried to send my map to my friend to load it on his flash pro and it worked on his car it start without a problem. Any help on this issue?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Hi I still haven't received any response and I can't still upload any basemap on my car is it normal for datalog light blink every .5 seconds whenever I connect my flashpro to obd/laptop do I have defective flashpro?

What is your FlashPro serial number?

We have replied to you many times and you have responded to the emails.
