ECU "FORGETTING" FLASH

I have a 2015 Honda Civic Si that I recently finished tuning. I have an issue right now with the car "forgetting" the tune. After a fresh reflash the car runs perfect but after it sits and gets turned back on it runs terrible. 10.1 afr idle and the car wants to go nowhere. Im thinking either my module or something with the KAM/KAPWR circuit? If thats the case im not sure where to start looking. Any thoughts? My tuner is also looking into some things as well.

When it does this have you tried datalogging to see what errors are reported?

I am going to send a datalog tonight to see if anything stands out. The one thing I do have that is different with the car, is the power to my fuel pump bypasses the harness and is ran straight to the battery with a switch. Could that have anything to do with the keep alive?
