Advanced ethanol disables the simple 2D fuel and boost tables and allows the user to tune with more precision using 3D fuel and boost tables.

Looks like the 3D tables do not have the same values as the 2d ones in the base calibration. More accurately, the 3D tables have the value of "3.000" in every space for the Ethanol advanced boost limit, and "0.000" in every space for the Ethanol advanced fuel multiplier.

Why not use the advanced tables by default in the base flex calibration and get rid of the 2D table? You could add everything in to have the same values as the existing table, keeping you from having to test it. Just seems redundant is all. Plus, maybe it'll get rid of the sudden surging I always feel if I mess up my math and my ethanol percentage ends up too close to the next group of 5 percentage points. I shoot for 1.5% above a 5 (i.e. ethanol percentage of 16.5, 21.5, 26.5, 31.5, 36.5, 41.5, or 46.5) and if I don't do that, my ethanol percentage walks around because the voltage is inconsistent and surges when it crosses over a 5% mark because the table is apparently that unforgiving...

TBH, the whole thing is a little annoying, and the more I think about it, 3D tables that have actually been tested would really be awesome so can you add that to the list of projects that'll maybe get attention when you have time for them?

Thanks
