Help! My S300 v3 seems to have died

My s300 has always had a few bugs I think. Sometimes I I would be limited to 3500 rpm (limp mode) I would then check codes and I had one for IAT but at the point I had that code all the time so nothing new. After 5 minutes I start my car and notice that I'm no longer in limp mode and every thing us
