AEM 30-0300 Closed loop issue

Still working on getting things sorted out with the car.
05 S2000
PRB-A08 modified with AP2 connectors
Kpro V4
Wideband output wired to analog 0
AFR reported by the ECU matches the gauge.
The ECU seems to be trimming the fuel in the wrong direction.
When the engine first starts in open loop it stay around 14.5, but as soon as it switches to closed loop it starts pulling fuel.

Attached are the calibration and log.
As a side question, "VTEC oil pressure switch" needs to be checked for VTEC to engage under normal conditions? (I believe it is unchecked in the base map)

This Datalog appears to have been made with a different calibration as this calibration has P0135 disabled, but that error is present in the datalog.
VTEC pressure is not needed as that sensor can be disabled and is disabled in this calibration.

Pretty sure it was the same calibration, I literally saved the calibration and then hit upload before I started the datalog and didn't play with any of those check boxes.
I will try again tonight to be sure though.
Regardless any thoughts on why it is behaving like that?
The only thing I can think of is I put a 50mV voltage offset on the analog input, would that cause it to not work in closed loop properly? (I saw in some other posts that closed loop won't operate properly if you use a custom voltage scaling instead of something from the drop down)

You cannot use a custom setup. You must use one of the preset wideband calibrations.

Understood.
Would that 50mV offset count as custom though?

as long as a preset is used, you can change the voltage offset, but should not have to change that if wired correctly and have good grounds.

Assuming that the provided calibration was loaded on to the ECU any guesses to why the ECU is behaving this way?

What is the K-Pro serial number?

Try disabling the secondary o2 sensor as that is the input it is designed to use for the stock narrowband input from an S2000.

Thanks!
That did it.
Wouldn’t have thought that was necessary.
I appreciate the help with this.
