indicator light

Is my s200 supposed to have a red led indicator light, it does not.

On the blue box or as a shift light?

Yes, the blue box will have a red indicator light when you turn the key to the ONII position. If the led doesnt function contact the dealer you purchased it from.

It is inside the interface box. WHen plugged in, it will light up, it should not be flashing.

yeah thats the problem I have looked everywhere on the thing and its not there.

I freaked out when I first got my S200 also...no indicator light anywhere in sight. BUT...when you finally plug it in and turn your car on, you can see the red light spilling from the cracks in the casing where the wires come out. The LED is completely internal.

I was going nuts trying to find the led but finally said screw it and plugged it in and the red light comes out like the led was mounted on the surface of the box.
