02-04 RSX Type S Harness used with O2-04 CRV Manual ECU

Hello,

I am in a situation where my swap is complete and I am receiving a VSS Malfunction code in Kpro when I test drive it. I have an 02-04 K24a(2) engine, 02-04 RSX Type S engine harness, 02-04 CRV manual Kpro ECU, 02-04 CRV manual AWD trans, Hybrid Racing cabin harness. The swap is a 98 CRV (Ek chassis).

My main question is, are the 02-04 RSX Type S and 02-04 manual CRV ECU pin outs the same? Apparently the Kpro board wasn't installed by Hondata so I can't wire VSS to VS digital input. All fuses are good, no wires from the sensor to ECU are broken, VSS sensor is brand new Honda sensor, good 12v power and ground to sensor. I'm not getting VS reading to Kpro OR dash and I'm curious if this pin outs could be different, that maybe this is the cause? TIA

Are you getting pulses form the sensor itself?

Have you tried the ECU in a known working vehicle?
