3bar map, and PLX calibration

Hi I just installed my new PLX m-500 and I'm getting leaner readings on the romeditor than what the gauge is showing (ex 14.90 on rom edit, and 14.50 on the PLX display)
I'm using Rom edit 3.5.5 and I selected the PLX wideband in settings. Is there another step to getting more accurate readings?

Oh yeah and when I wired up my brand new GM 3 bar map, checked the 3 bar map box in settings and unplugged the stock map. It started right up and seemed to be reading correctly at idle, In romeditor but when I gave it some throttle it leaned right out by 2200 rpm?

if you haven't already, I would re read the hondalogger/romeditor manuals, I don't remember exactly but there is a table that you plug in the difference in the 2 readouts and the hondata calibrates for the change. I don't remember exactly so double check the manuals, thats where I read it last.
