Rom Burning

I'm considering the 4/b package.

I want to know a basic process for buring the eprom chips.

For example, after you burn the chip with X settings, can you adjust them at all via the hondata without buring a new chip?
is there a range, like on a wastegate, such as the spring is set to 9psi, but with a boost controller,you can adjust it up or down a few...
I'm wondering if Hondata is similar in this manner
