Kpro password issue

Post by Genchi »

Hello, I had an issue with my kpro that asked me for a password to upload the map, I was checking my map and my map sensor was having a bad reading, I changed another map sensor and it kept reading me with fluctuations, I decided to delete the map in the delete option ecu (clear security) everything went very well until the moment I tried to upload the map, it asked me for a password when I had not given it a password. Well, it turns out that I have my data in the kpro and I decided to reset my password, they sent me a code by email, I enter it, I reset my password, everything is fine, the password I entered does not accept it, it tells me that it is incorrect, so I try again and leave the lines blank passwords so I can delete the password, and it still asks me for a password, any solution? now my car won't start or get password

It is registered with my data and my email, I receive the reset code, I reset the password and when I go to upload my map it asks me for a password again, am I doing something wrong? Do I have to do something to get the kpro to read the password reset?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

To ship back to you. It can only ship to the billing address on the credit card.
