The car is very difficult to start after replacing the fuel system. What is wrong?

I installed this fuel system on my FK8 Type R
Xtreme-DI GDI High Flow Pump
FK8TD 1400cc Fuel Injectors
DeatschWerks 340lph compact fuel pump
Set fuel trim to -19.5 according to instructions
Why is it so difficult to start a car when it's cold?
The exhaust pipe keeps farting
Incorrect AFR seems too high
And there is no response when pressing the accelerator.
After the engine temperature rises, it will become slightly normal
Is there something wrong with my settings?

Is the HPFP enabled on your FlashPro itself?

What is your FlashPro serial number?

What is your FlashPro serial number?
serial number:FP-CTR-FK8-INT-371041
I just bought it and started hpft
But I can't find the option to start it now. Where can I confirm whether I have started hpfp?

Use 'send feedback to hondata' with the FlashPro plugged in and we can look.

Does this look like I've activated HPFP?
Because the tuner hasn't had time to help me set up the basic base map.
As a result, it is difficult for my car to start now because the air-fuel ratio is wrong.

It is enabled on the FlashPro, but you must also upload a calibration that has it enabled to the ECU.

I corrected the fuel by -19.5% according to the instructions included with the product.
Also checked the XtremeDI Fuel pump option
It has been uploaded to the ECU. Does this count as calibration?
