Civic EK engine swap with EP3 ECU

The ECU model is 37820-PRD-013
I'm facing 2 problems.
1. The primary PHO2 is not function. Look like heater is function not properly.
Because after running engine hard enough the O2 sensor functional normally.
I'm not sure the PRD ECU have different pin-out from the link below or not ?
https://www.hondata.com/tech-k20-swap-wiring
2. The multiplexer is disabled, The engine stalled occurred when AC on.
I'm not sure the K-Pro function "Alternate AC Switch Input" will help or not.
If yes, which pin I should wire the AC signal to B-09 or B-11 ?
Thanks,
Ponsit.

Stock calibration, there are 2 error codes
- P0563: VBU Voltage High
- P1162: Air Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) slow response

Custom calibration, I have disabled 2 items [P1167 & P0134] inside "Closed Loop" parameters.
- P0563 persisting
- After full throttle, The O2 sensor start responding at cursor 0:01:25.728s

You need to try your ECU on a known working vehicle and see if it reads correctly. If it has the same issue, then the ECU is most likely damaged and would have to be replaced.

So, you mean the O2 wiring diagram for Civic Type R EP3 and Integra DC5 is the same right?
That's why you recommend for test this ECU into another working vehicle.

Should i wire the “ECU 53 SEE SHEET 2“ in the red circle to B9 pin at the ECU then modify the calibration.
Am I correct ?

That does not appear to be the wiring diagram for a Honda, as it says Lotus.

Can you guide me how to wiring
A/C on-off to pin B9 on EP3 ECU ?

You need to look at the factory 02-04 RSX service manual and or the ETM.
