I have kpro v4 in a 37820-PNF-A05 ecu, 05 civic manual, k20z3 with crv awd transmission, type s harness, gear driven vss, correct ratios entered in manually on kpro, tried switching to css speed sensor setting in kpro,

Cluster shows speed (off by about 5mph) but kpro shows 4mph all the time and while driving i occasionally get a c.e.l. for vss malfunction but cluster continues to work

Post your calibration and a datalog made with it showing the issue.

Its the stock rsx type s calibration k20a2

still cant figure this out

Check the continuity of the wiring from the vss to the cluster to the ECU.
