Kmanager error codes, non DTC?

Hello, I have been receiving the same error codes in kmanager while datalogging for the past couple of weeks. There is no DTC listed and am not familiar with the codes being displayed.
I did search, but haven't been able to find any info on these particular errors anywhere.
Here are the errors:
98 TF0 LOW
98 TF0 HIGH
103 3RD 02 SENSOR VOLTAGE LOW
103 3RD 02 SENSOR RESPONSE
UNKNOWN ERROR 157
Does anyone know what these codes mean? Or is there a listing of error codes somewhere that I can review?
I only use the primary wideband O2 sensor, so not sure why I have an error related to a 3rd O2 sensor?
Any help would be appreciated.
