Has this been properly tuned on the dyno with the large injectors?

I second what Spunkster said. Has it been properly tuned? If so reach out to your tuner. If not I would start with a calibration that has not been modified. The car is throwing code P0507. I also noticed the timing tables have a lot of negative values.

If it’s properly tuned I would reach out to your tuner as I assume you paid for their service. They should fix any issues with the tune prior to calling it done.

Or

Troubleshoot by loading a stock calibration. If close loop works then compare the files until you see the settings that might be causing it to not go into closed loop.

If closed loop doesn’t work when you load a stock calibration then it could be a sensor issue. Perhaps the o2 going out.
