INJ pulse width going very high

Hi, i had an issue with my k swap yesterday.
The car was hard to drive i had to be very gentle with the gas pedal or it shacks badly or can even go dead, so it felt like a fuel problem. Here is a small part of the datalog i made, you can see the INJ go very high for no reason and so afr going very rich and battery voltage being drawn.
My maximum inj usually is 10 or 11 at wot. What do you think ? bad injectors maybe ?
