Rev limit at Vtec

I installed a turbo kit on my GSR swapped EK hatch and now when VTEC tries to engage I hit a rev limit.
Fuel is rich enough, and timing is accurate,
I have tripple checked all of my grounds
Replaced, plugs and dizzy,
Spark plugs are resistor based
Tested VTEC solenoid with 12v source to verify it clicks
Verified wire continuity between s300 and VTEC solenoid
Oil pressure is above 70 when near VTEC rpm
No CELs
VTEC spool and pressure switch are disabled
Car has no other issues besides this one
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

Post pictures of the grounds in your engine bay.

I don't see a ground from the chassis to the valve cover stud.

Sorry I forgot to include that one, but it is present, I have attached an additional picture of my engine bay where you can see it.

The valve cover ground is incorrect. It should go under the acorn nut that holds the valve cover down to the head. Where it is currently attached, it is not providing a ground path, as the valve cover is electrically insulated from the cylinder head.

I moved the Ground as suggested and am still having the same issue,

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type spark plugs?

Yes When it was NA it was able to hit VTEC with no issues

According to the datalog it is not hitting a rev limit. Post the calibration that the datalog was made with.
