I currently have a 2009 Civic Type R (FN2) and flashpro

If I unregister it from my car and change to a 2010 Accord (CU2) can I use the same unit?

No, that FlashPro can only be used on the 8th gen Civic Type R. You would need to purchase the correct FlashPro for the new vehicle.
